Titanium UNS R56320 Pipes, also known as Ti-3Al-2.5V-Pd, consist of approximately 3% Aluminum, 2.5% Vanadium, and 0.25% Palladium, with the balance being Titanium. They also contain trace amounts of Iron (max 0.25%) and Oxygen (max 0.15%). The alloy exhibits excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of around 620 MPa, yield strength of approximately 480 MPa, and an elongation of 18%. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Gr 11 Pipes offer superior fatigue resistance, high temperature strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.
