Mehul Nickel Alloys is a leading manufacturer and supplier based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in high-quality nickel and copper alloy products. With a commitment to precision and reliability, the company offers a wide range of materials, including Copper Nickel Foils, designed for various industrial applications. Renowned for its technical expertise and premium products, Mehul Nickel Alloys serves industries like marine, oil and gas, and construction, ensuring exceptional durability and performance in challenging environments.
Copper-Nickel foils, typically with a composition of 90% copper and 10% nickel, offer excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments. They exhibit good thermal and electrical conductivity. Mechanically, they have a tensile strength of about 360 MPa and a hardness around 70 HRB. These foils are malleable, easily formable, and resistant to stress corrosion cracking. Advantages include their durability in harsh conditions, resistance to biofouling, and ease of fabrication, making them ideal for marine, chemical, and heat exchanger applications.

Copper-nickel foils are widely used in marine and offshore industries due to their excellent resistance to seawater corrosion. They are commonly used in heat exchangers, condenser tubes, and desalination plants. In electronics, copper-nickel foils are used for shielding applications to protect sensitive equipment from electromagnetic interference (EMI). These foils also find use in coinage, decorative elements, and electrical resistors due to their good electrical conductivity and thermal stability. Additionally, they are employed in the aerospace sector for structural components requiring corrosion resistance.
